Seller Number: 740556. For sale by owner 1987 40 ft. Teton Atlanta w/slide Park Model. This trailer is set up for full time guaranteed to maintain 70 Degrees at 20 below. Storm windows, enclosed belly, heating pads on all tanks (12 volt and 110 volt). Furnace is park model and runs on 110 for better heat and more dependable. Washer & dryer, queen size bed, Standard flushing toilet, main awning is 25 foot with window awnings, camper stove is replaced with 30" gas range,110 volt refrigerator, electric jacks up front with mechanical jacks in the rear. New carpet, new recovered booth and new counter tops and sink. Upgraded lighting trough out the trailer, triple axles, with steps to go with and stabilizer jack for fifth wheel pin. Hot water heater and air conditioner have been replaced. Only reason for selling is we have just retired to be around our kids and have built a new home.
