toy hauler)2007. 40 ft. Excellent
condition. Very clean. Clean title.
Island kitchen with oven, stove and med
sized fridge/freezer. Full dining table
for 4. Empty area possibly for loveseat,
crib,etc (6ft) wide 2.5 ft deep (next to
dining table). 12 gallon water heater.
Electric jacks. Was a Toy Hauler but
garage area converted to sleeping area
with 2 bunk beds and a flat screen TV(
picture shows beds w/o mattresses but
they have been ordered and are on the
way). 2 air conditioners. New awning.
Upstairs bedroom has Queen sized bed, 42
" flat screen TV, and lots of storage
space including a double mirrored
closet, a full sized dresser, and a coat
closet.
Tons more storage cabinet in kitchen and
dining areas. Very clean shower,wash
sink, and toilet. Selling because my
husband left and he did all the
