This coach has never been smoked in, runs like a dream, very nice condition with lots of upgrades like new sofa and theatre seating, new laminate flooring, new residential refrigerator, and new tires with less than 500 miles on them, also has stereo with surround sound, tilt steering wheel, outside power mirrors with heater, cruise control, rear vision camera, 2 tvs, leveling system, beautiful bathroom with shower, king size bedroom with lots of storage and closets, kitchen with island, 2 A/Cs new within last 3 years, gas and electric hot water heater, day/night shades on all windows, window awnings, 18 ft. main awning, tow hitch, rear ladder. The only cons about this coach the driver side fender is cracked and we have not replaced it which only affects it cosmetically and the outside cable connection does not work so we reroute to connect to tv. Also, small crack in upper driver side windshield that does not affect visibility. Everything else works as it should. Must see to appreciate.
