very little in like new condition. 2 opposing
slideouts in living area and wardrobe and bath
closet also slide out. Sleeps 6, queen bed and 2
pull out couches and theater seating. Self
leveling and power awning. Slide toppers on all
slides. AC in main living area and wired to add
extra AC in bedroom. Self closing drawers.
Electric Fireplace. 55 inch smart tv with Dvd
and radio. Outside and inside speakers. Pass
through storage. bed raises with hydraulics for
more storage. The mattress is not included
because it's our residential mattress as the one
that came with camper was hard as rock. It will
fit any traditional queen mattress. Any
questions ask. Local delivery possible. Includes
Reese hitch and extras. 50 amp with 30 amp
