47,149 Miles Nice 2017 Unity U24FX has been well
maintained and all options in good shape. The Unity
is built on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis
and powered by the legendary and reliable 3.0L V6
BlueTEC Turbo Diesel that delivers 188hp and 325
foot-lbs of torque with the MB 5-speed automatic
transmission.
The FX Floor plan is flexible and can be set up in a
number of different configurations starting with the
captain's chair turned to the rear, the dinette can
be set up as a dinette, two comfortable recliners
with an armrest or quickly converted into a king
murphy bed.
The galley is equipped with a round kitchen sink
with matching countertop cover, a 2-burner gas stove
top with glass cooktop cover, a microwave/convection
oven, and a Dometic refrigerator/freezer with
separate doors for each compartment.
The rear lounge area can be arranged in several ways
with a versatile ottoman that quickly converts into
a desk. The L-shaped couch with the ottoman can be
used as a second sleeping area as a twin bed. The
wall-mounted TV bracket stores the second TV out of
the way and quickly allows you to turn the TV facing
the front or keep it facing the rear L-shaped sofa
lounger.
The bathroom is another flexible component of this
floorplan. The doorway can extend out and give you
more room in the bathroom when needed or folded back
into its space for a larger lounge area. The shower
has a skylight overhead for lots of natural light, a
medicine cabinet over the sink, cabinet space below,
and the toilet.
Outside, the large patio awning is electric and
opens/closes quickly at the push of a button on the
side of the passenger captain's chair. The awning
light switch is there as well. The door has a
keyless entry lock, and there are several outside
storage compartments to expand your storage capacity
in the unit.
All of the RV systems are marked and easily
accessible. The unit has a 3.6kW LP generator, two
solar panels on the roof, a battery charging system,
a King Wi-Fi system, two DISH receivers and a uni-
directional TV antenna on the roof. |
