2013 Homette - Layton Skyline 310 Joey Select 36
foot travel trailer with full bunk house, has 3
slide outs. Two slideouts in rear bunkhouse that
has two bunkbeds. The living room/Dining room has a
superslide out.

Trailer is mostly clean, but needs a little upkeep
and maintenance. Would make a great desert camper,
hunting trailer, or live in it year round. The back
bedroom is spacious with two slide outs, 4 beds in
bunkhouse, with lots of storage cabinets and built-
in entertainment center. The living room/dining
room is a super slide out and has a small pull out
loveseat that a child can sleep on. The bathroom
has full tub/shower with plenty of leg room on the
toilet. Lots of cabinet space and storage space.
Very well built and pulls like a dream behind the
truck. Seems to be balanced perfectly
Central Heat and A.C. with two new units installed
last year. (Ice cold A.C.)
Electric awning 16'
6 gallon hot water heater. (Very hot water)
Surround stereo system with speakers in ceiling and
outdoors.
Outdoor shower
Flat Screen TV that spins from living room to
master bedroom
This unit retailed for $38,000 brand new. My
parents purchased a year and half ago for $20,000.
Still bluebooks at $19,500 low and $23,500 high.
Asking $16,200 because of the missing refrigerator
and two mattresses.
