1969 Nimrod Camper - Vintage Mobile Cafe / Food
Cart Project
Up for grabs is a 1969 Nimrod camper that's been
converted into a mobile cafe / food cart project.
This is a PROJECT — it needs TLC inside and out —
but the bones are all original and the provenance
is documented.
THE BONES:
Factory data plate intact — Nimrod Equipment
Division, Ward Mfg., Hamilton, Ohio. Serial NS-69-
14828, 1,000 lb chassis rating. Original frame,
axle, leaf springs, bumper, lights, and hardware.
Original Fulton coupler — takes a 1-7/8" hitch
ball, 2,000 lb rating. Still wearing its 1973–74
Georgia trailer registration sticker. Spare tire
mounted under the tow hitch, plus a second spare
tire with rim. Enclosed structure with window,
screened door, shore-power inlet, and propane tank
with regulator.
THE HONEST PART:
Sold AS-IS — a renovation project, not a turn-key
food trailer. Tires are currently flat (they've
held air when pumped before — bring a compressor
and inspect before towing). Buyer handles all
towing/transport — bring the right hitch ball and
straps. No title — sold with a Bill of Sale (I'll
have one ready).
