Stock Number: 714316 . I bought this 5th wheel NEW in Nov. 2010 from Dean's RV to use working construction across the country. Pulled it 20 miles home to Sperry, back to Dean's for minor repairs and back to Sperry where it has been until I put it up for sale (currently in Skiatook). In Feb. 2011 I found out I had a baby boy on the way so I found work to keep me here which, in turn made this "Mobile Mansion" unnecessary. I lived in this REAR KITCHEN unit for appx 4 mo.s at the end of 2013 everything works great. 38ft triple slide has washer/dryer combo, an extra 50amp extension cord and 3+ years left on extended warranty (transferrable for $600 if interested). 9/5/2014 NADA avg retail $49,795.
