Stock Number: 722325. This RV is in very good condition. The only thing that needs replaced is the awning. This has been remodeled on the inside with new laminate floors, paint, window treatments, 2 new tv's, entertainment system and fabric. It has less than 50,000 miles on it! It is model 35WP with 2 air conditioners, one for the front, one for the back bedroom-it will literally freeze you out if you want. The dash A/C is common to go out, but it is not needed! It includes a solar battery charger, range with oven, double door refrigerator with freezer (ice maker not working), microwave with convection, and a driver's door access. It's 35 feet long. There is one scratch on the top right hand side, but no leaks to it. It has a 69 gallon fresh water tank. Black/gray water is 40/50 gallons. LP tank is 28 gallons. Auto jacks and steps as well.
