It's clean, well-cared for, and has low miles on the chassis since all of our camping has been done in Washington and Oregon. You will never be too hot or too cold in this trailer. The primary pop-out in the kitchen/living room area is extremely spacious. My wife is annoyingly claustrophobic, but with the pop-out and the back door in the bedroom, there is plenty of room to walk around the bed and she is quite comfortable.
