This unit is a very well equipped Class A coach
with extremely low mileage of only (10,430) and
well maintained and is powered by a FORD V-10
TRITON gas motor. Non-smoking and non-pet
environment. Stored inside 24/7. A 5500 KW Onan
generator with low hours and a 50 amp electric
service, excellent tread 22 inch Michelin tires.
Auto hydraulic leveling, electric patio awning,
slide toppers, dual ducted AC units with
separate controls for the bedroom and living
room, excellent body paint and no damages, one
piece fiberglass roof, rear ladder and tons of
basement storage. Sleeps 4 adults + kids.
Two large slide-outs, on in the living
room/kitchen area and the other in the master
bedroom/hallway. 3 TVs located in the living
room, kitchen and bedroom. The floor plan is a
Jack/Jill two door bathroom, sink, shower,
commode arrangement. The living room has a
hideaway bed couch and spacious wall cabinets, a
Queen bed in the master bedroom. The domestic
fridge/freezer is propane or electric. The 10
gal. water heater and the BTU furnace are fueled
by propane.
All appliances are in excellent working
condition. All manuals are in a well-organized
file. The wife and I have owned the motorhome
for many years and are finally giving up the
motorhome trips due to our continual aging
physical limitations.
