It sleeps 10. All four bunks in the back will flip up against the wall to provide more storage or to set up the other table. The queen bed in upper room has a full closet and under bed storage with a safe box and a privacy door. The four bunks in the back also come with a privacy door. The sofa pulls out into a sleeper and the table goes down into a bed as well. There is nothing wrong with this trailer the only reason we are selling it is because when we bought it when we were camping with four children and now we are only camping with two.
